E-Learning Hub – Youth SkillUp Academy is a digital initiative dedicated to equipping youth and women with the skills to thrive in the future of work and community leadership. Through a mix of online courses, peer-to-peer engagement, real-world case studies, and hands-on workshops, it creates a learning experience that is engaging, measurable, and inclusive. In the past year alone, it reached 1,200+ learners, offering accessible education that combines technology, innovation, and social impact. Using gamified learning, collaborative platforms, and data-driven feedback, the Hub empowers participants to grow in leadership, digital literacy, and sustainability. Led by Majda Bajji, Learning Design Manager at UM6P, the initiative reflects a vision of learning that is scalable and human-centered, ensuring that technology is not just a tool for knowledge but a catalyst for community empowerment and transformation.
