Yaryna Hotlib

Yaryna Hotlib is the founder of the promising company "Ruthless Truth Solutions" and a co-founder of two startups, "Laughing Democritus Community" and "GetGrant." She graduated from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas. Shortly after graduating, she secured a position as a Project Manager at GMS-soft. From there, she steadily advanced in the field of management, progressing to the role of Senior Delivery Manager in 2018. In 2019, she shifted her focus to become an Agile Coach.

In 2022, Yaryna relocated to the USA from Kyiv due to the war in Ukraine. There, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey by founding the consulting company "Ruthless Truth Solutions." Subsequently, she also became a co-founder of two distinct startups, "Laughing Democritus Community" and "GetGrant."
