WiCyS UKI Affiliate is dedicated to empowering women in cybersecurity and technology across the UK and Ireland. As part of the global Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) network, our mission is to create a supportive and inclusive community that fosters career growth, mentorship, and professional development for women at all stages of their tech journey.
Over the past year, WiCyS UKI Affiliate has grown significantly, attracting over 500 new members and delivering or participating in over 20 impactful events that address key challenges in cybersecurity and technology. Our programs focus on upskilling, leadership development, and building strong industry connections. These initiatives, such as our meet-up events and technical workshops, have provided women with the resources, confidence, and knowledge they need to thrive in their careers.
With strategic partnerships with leading tech companies like TikTok, Protiviti and Workday we’ve been able to expand our reach and deliver high-quality opportunities that create lasting change. Our community-driven approach, combined with our commitment to promoting diversity, makes WiCyS UKI Affiliate a leading advocate for women in tech. We are proud of the impact we’ve made and continue to strive toward closing the gender gap in cybersecurity and technology.
