Vinoliah Martin is a Technology Leader at Microsoft SA, viewed as a virtual Chief Technology Officer and a part-time Non-Executive Director at Mowgli Mentoring.
She is also a frequent conference speaker, visionary and seasoned professional with over 13 years’ experience in strategy development and execution, project leadership and technology. She holds a significant understanding of the South African market coupled with industry knowledge and expertise in emerging technologies. Her experience extends across financial services and the technology industry. She is exceptionally passionate about empowering people and building and nurturing the talent pipeline of girls, so that we can have more women being ready for the industry driving social change and economic growth.
Vinoliah holds a degree in IT, Honours in Business, MBA and is currently embarking on her PhD journey focusing on the workforce competencies to aid organizations to digitally transform now and into the future.
