Valerie Won Lee (이예원) is a global leader in social impact, technology communications, and multi-sector collaboration. With experience spanning more than 100 nationalities, she specializes in transforming obstacles into bridges across public, private, academic, nonprofit, and creative sectors. She is the founder of Social-Impact-Global (SIG) Consulting and author of Social Impact Global: Turning Obstacles Into Bridges, a practical guide for purpose-driven leadership.

Valerie previously served as Head of Communications and Stakeholder Engagement for the UN Global Working Group on Big Data, supporting international collaboration around responsible data innovation. She is a long-standing WomenTech Network Leader and currently Global Leader for APAC & South Korea, where she advocates for women in technology through global platforms and events.

She also founded World Citizen Artists (WCA), the first global online community uniting creatives for humanitarian causes, now reaching more than 150,000 members. Known for her cross-cultural fluency, empathy, and commitment to dignity and inclusion, Valerie continues to build bridges that inspire global collaboration and positive change.
