Tosin Dada is a ServiceNow MVP, a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, and a leading community builder in Africa’s tech ecosystem. With 13+ years of professional experience, she has developed and led multiple enterprise applications on the ServiceNow Store and currently drives large-scale ITSM and ITOM implementations.
She is the convener of the Nigeria ServiceNow Developer Meetup (2,000+ members) and founder at CarnelianPearls Tech. Through mentorship, training cohorts, and global advocacy, Tosin is breaking barriers as the first Nigerian woman recognized as a ServiceNow MVP, inspiring new pathways into tech for underrepresented groups across Africa.
Beyond her corporate role, Tosin is best known as a community builder and ecosystem architect. She convened the Nigeria ServiceNow Developer Meetup, which has rapidly grown to more than 2,000 members, making it the largest ServiceNow-focused community in Africa. Under her leadership, the community has hosted technical workshops, functional career sessions, and hybrid meetups that bring together professionals, students, and global speakers. Each event attracts between 80–120 attendees and provides practical training, mentorship, and networking opportunities. The group’s growth demonstrates her ability to mobilize diverse stakeholders around a shared vision of digital empowerment.
