Tara Hall is a Senior Manager of Business Analytics at Amazon and a retired Air Force Officer. She is also a devoted mother to five children, cherishing family time. With over 15 years of experience in data science and AI, Tara has led transformative projects that optimize operations and enhance decision-making processes. At Amazon, she spearheaded the implementation of advanced analytics strategies, developed predictive models, and mentored a diverse team, driving innovation and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Tara is passionate about empowering women in tech through mentoring and volunteering for the Technovation Girls program, which equips young women (ages 8-18) to become tech entrepreneurs and leaders. Supported by mentors and parents, girls work in teams to code mobile apps addressing real-world problems. An advocate for women in tech, Tara actively mentors and inspires future technologists, contributing to a more inclusive and diverse tech community.
