The female factor mentoring program is connecting the next generation of female leaders with global decision-makers of today, across industries and countries.
Applicants apply specifically for one of our 150+ global leaders and are selected by the mentor directly, after submitting an application that clearly outlines their background and mentoring goals.
The mentoring program runs for 6 months and gives flexibility yet a great development structure for both parties with regular check-ins, professional development masterclasses and events, and a variety of curated tools and guides for both mentees and mentors. We focus on using our program as building blocks where mentees build productive and impactful relationships with their mentors yet also provides the freedom to seek guidance from other mentors when they feel they need guidance in other directions.
