Sumita Palanisamy is a Director of Engineering at CarGurus who partners with product and business leaders across the company to build a better user experience for dealers and consumers alike. She is an AWS enthusiast who is energized by opportunities to explore new technologies and process improvements. Before joining CarGurus, Sumita led various teams at athenahealth and introduced chaos engineering practices to the company. A passionate volunteer, Sumita is currently a director at Women Who Code Boston. She has also been a Girls Who Code mentor, #IAmRemarkable facilitator, and Big Sister.
