Dr. Stav Elbar is a Software Engineer on Google's Search Quality team and holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Technion, specializing in Cryptanalysis.
Parallel to her professional work, Stav is a passionate science educator for the next generation. She has authored three children's books that simplify complex topics in Encryption, Artificial Intelligence, and Algorithms. She is also a science columnist for 'Young Galileo' magazine and has created an interactive cryptography game for Madatech, Israel’s National Museum of Science.
Stav is a sought-after lecturer at technology conferences and a lecturer at the Technion. Her leadership has been recognized with prestigious honors, including being named to The Marker's '40 Under 40' list for 2024 and receiving the 'Next Generation Women Leaders' award from McKinsey & Company for 2025.
