Sripriya has been mentoring aspiring technologists internally and externally with focus on diversity. She is part of Capgemini Women in Delivery initiative that aims to bridge the gender gap in technology. She regularly blogs, speaks at forums, mentors (external customer architects too) and volunteers at multiple initiatives! Past 2 years or so, she presented at external events, blogged on varied topics like AI, led hackathons, got multiple technical certifications, and worked on series guide with The Open Group. She has donned multiple hats as delivery architect and technologist, solutioning large bids, innovation around AI, mentoring women architects, leading initiatives like ArchX, grooming women and more! She is a member of Society of Women Engineers, AnitaBorg, WITNetwork and Association of Enterprise Architects and has actively participated in forums like WWCode, WIT Network, SWE, AnitaBorg, AEA, TheOpenGroup. She is passionate about Women in STEAM and always champions for women technologists.
