Srinija is a technology enthusiast interested in automation of applications, AIops and Machine learning. In her current role with client the Hershey company as ServiceNow ITOM Technical Lead works on automation of IT applications from last 4 years.She worked on automating 300-400 IT applications, reducing the mean time resolution by 30%, with faster root cause analysis using the ServiceNow tool.

Srinija is a recipient of women to watch - class of 2022 award by whitaker center and also Award recipient Women in Technology Next Generation Award 2022 by the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania for making a difference in technology in the central pa region.

She pursued her postgraduate from Purdue University in AI and ML.While pursuing her graduate education as an international student in a technology major from the University of Central Missouri in April 2017, she was awarded a Graduate Scholar Award for her research work on agile methodologies.

Beyond her beloved career, she ‌created her personal brand “Neuron Fire”. Neuron Fire means every time a person gets new ideas, neurons are fired inside a human brain. Neuron Fire's motive is to work for the betterment of societies in two ways.

Neuron Fire Growth Works:

One initiative is to promote a growth mindset - visualizing the concept through animation to kids and teenagers at a young age. ‘Consistency Now’, ‘Empowering Empathy’, ‘Becoming Brave’, and ‘Feedback is a Gift' are a few of her creative directions.

Srinija is the first asian woman who got accepted into the MIT BIPOC program for entrepreneurs as part of the Spring 2022 cohort. Neuron Fire's innovative idea is to help students choose the right college major won the Honorable Mention Award (4th position) in Hackmakers #BuildWithAI global hackathon in November 2021, amongst over 3500 participants from 100+ countries and around 180 projects for the final evaluation.

In April 2022 on World Innovation Day, Srinija is a global ambassador for the United States Hackmakers Hackathon to solve United Nations SGD problems using emerging technologies like AI and NFT.

Srinija gave a global ambassador talk on the power of a growth mindset to drive innovation. She believes that a growth mindset and technical skills go well together for innovation and the betterment of societies.

Srinija loves giving back to her local communities and making an impact. She has mentored 2 young college students as part of the Women in Technology program offered through TCCP. She is a food rescue volunteer with cocoa packs of Hershey. The rescued food is used to serve 1300 children in Central PA.
