She Code Africa is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and celebrating African women in technology. Our mission is to close the gender gap in the continent's tech ecosystem by providing a supportive community, high-quality technical education, mentorship, and career opportunities.
With a community of over 51,000 members and a presence in 45 chapters, we have grown into the largest network for African women in tech. We achieve our mission through various initiatives, including our academy programs, which offer free training in high-demand fields like UX design and data analytics, as well as our long-running mentorship program that connects aspiring professionals with experienced industry leaders. Through these efforts, we are not only helping women learn to code but also enabling them to find jobs, start businesses, and build thriving careers that contribute to Africa's digital future.
