I’ve worked across industries that were first-to and best-in market, leveraging my natural ability for strategy and organizational development. As a leader, I’m known to cultivate great team cultures, allowing employees to thrive and reach their potential. Having touch points across tech, HR, strategy, business development, legal and regulatory, I have been instrumental in growing hearX to having a valuation of over $107m and supporting the fundraising of over $44m to date. At the helm as COO, hearX has grown into one of Africa’s largest healthcare start-ups, as well as the second largest eCommerce player in the USA for hearing care. Partnered closely with the CEO and CFO to place on Financial Times Top 50 fastest growing companies in Africa list in 2022.
