Sarah Luyele Njamu is the CEO and founder of Compu-Connect Education, a Johannesburg based IT Consulting and Services Company that specialises in distribution and implementation of : Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Solutions, Artificial Intelligence chatbots, Cyber Security solutions focusing on Password Management services, Collaboration and Communication digital solutions, Learning Management Systems with E-learning Content development, Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) Leadership Development and Robotics with Coding for schools. She is also an international conference speaker, Digital Transformation Specialist, Facilitator, Trainer and Business Tech coach. Her career experience spans over 24 years, backed by an MBA and qualifications in Education. Sarah L. Njamu has extensive experience in sales, customer care, customer experience, marketing, change management, project management, leadership training, Robotic Process Automation Implementation (RPAi), Artificial Intelligence chatbot implementation and Learning Management system (LMS) implementation with e-learning content development.

In addition to running her IT Consulting company in South Africa that serves clients in the following market, South Africa, Botswana, Kenya and Zambia, Mrs Sarah Luyele Njamu embodies the following recognitions and achievement:

* In 2020 she was honoured to be named among the 100 faces of women role models in Tech.

* In 2021 she was selected by Deloitte Africa & Women in Africa (WIA) to mentor Women Tech Start-ups.

* In 2021, she was nominated for the following global awards: Global Technology Leadership Award, Digital Transformation Leader of the Year and Women Tech Ambassador of the Year.

*In 2022, she established a Tech Women Africa Foundation, and her foundation has partnered with the WITS University Foundation (TMG Makerspace) to mentor and encourage girls' learning of coding and robotics skills through clubs that are run in schools and community centres.

Sarah is a self-starter and an innovator who is passionate about digital transformation; her Africa Tech podcast is equipping Leaders globally with crucial tech expertise. Sarah has shifted the game by encouraging business executives and leaders to freely discuss and share their perspectives regarding digital transformation through her podcast platform.

In collaboration of her Coding and Robotics Team, Sarah has developed an all-encompassing, well-designed solution for teaching coding and robotics.

Children from both rural and urban parts of Africa can now study the basics of coding and robotics in their native tongue without the need for an internet connection, giving learners who would not otherwise be able to participate in learning the future skills the chance to do so.
