"Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough."
- APJ Abdul Kalam
Greetings to all. My name is Sangeeta Jha, and I recently graduated from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, Delhi with a BTech in Information Technology. My summer internship was at Adobe as a Product Developer, and from October-March 2022, I interned at the Indian Council of Medical Research as a web developer, creating 2-3 websites for various departments at AIIMS Delhi. A lover of technology, I love designing intuitive user experiences. Also, I had the privilege of serving as the Google Developer Student Club Lead for 2020-21 at IGDTUW as well as receiving a scholarship for the Grace Hopper Conference (the largest women in tech conference) in 2021. Playing guitar and listening to music are my favorite things. As a learner, I am always on the lookout for opportunities and am always open to grabbing them and making the most of them! Among my technical skills, I am an iOS developer, a Web developer, and a technology explorer. I love to explore new technologies and work on them. Experimented in cybersecurity, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud.
As a member of a number of technical communities, I have gained an extensive understanding of various fields of technology. Through my leadership, I have inspired more than 500 women to learn technology. I am starting my career at Walmart as a Software Engineer II after interning at Adobe. I was also given the opportunity to guide girls in senior secondary school through the Delhi government's Sakhi program. In addition, I was among 50 people chosen from around the world to receive a Facebook scholarship for Web development and Virtual reality (AR-VR).
