With over two decades as a social impact strategist and technology innovator, Salah Goss currently serves as Senior Vice President at Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth where she spearheads initiatives like Mastercard’s $500 million commitment to help close the racial wealth gap and oversees a grant portfolio that has delivered over $6 billion in loans to small businesses.

Throughout her extensive career at the intersection of social impact and technology, Salah has been recognized globally for her leadership in advancing financial inclusion initiatives across the U.S., Africa, India, and beyond, aimed at promoting inclusive economic growth. Her expertise in AI and social impact has been instrumental in shaping the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth’s strategic partnerships, particularly with data.org, where she helped design the challenge framework and identified visionary innovators leveraging AI to drive social change across industries. Salah’s leadership has earned her prestigious fellowships, including the Aspen Finance Leaders Fellowship, the Schwab Foundation Fellowship with the World Economic Forum, and the Rockefeller Foundation's Bellagio Center Residency. She also serves on several boards, including Root Capital, Heartland Forward’s Advisory Council, Blavity Inc.'s AfroTech Advisory Board, and the National Board of Common Threads.
