Dr Rosha Pokharel, Founder and CEO, SolvDat and Chief AI Architect, UST Healthproof

Rosha is the founder of SolvDat, an AI strategy and solutions firm helping organizations achieve measurable growth through machine learning and data strategy. She is an AI researcher and a data science expert who currently serves as Chief AI architect at UST Healthproof.

With over 14 years of experience in AI and ML. Rosha has launched eight enterprise AI products and six AI products focused on healthcare. At IBM-Watson, she worked as a Data Scientist building AI/ML products, and later at Centene Corporation, she founded and led their first AI/ML department, managing seven teams and over 40 consultants.

Rosha is known not only to possess technical acumen but also for her hands-on leadership skill. She has mentored and coached over 100 professionals in AI/ML Data Science and Analytics on defining clear AI problem statements and delivering results in a quick turnaround time.

She has also spoken at numerous events including AWS reInvent and led international engagements for IBM in Japan, Canada and Italy.

Rosha, is also the founder of Timro Surakshya Hamro Kartabya TSHK.org, a non-profit that has educated over 5,000 children and trained over 500 teachers in child abuse awareness.

She holds a Ph.D on Supervised Machine Learning Algorithms and is passionate about responsible AI adoption, data governance, and closing the gap between innovation and real-world impact.
