Riess Consulting & Tech was founded by our Founder CEO & CIO, Victoria Riess, and is the leading German digital and sustainable strategy consultancy. Victoria is one of the most relevant voices around sustainable and digital transformation as well as AI. For her contributions on the topics of sustainability and digital transformation and future trends in AI, Victoria has already been awarded seven times as Top Women Leader in Tech and is also on the road as keynote speaker throughout Europe.
The success of her company is also based on this AI and green expertise. Founded in 2023, Victoria built Riess Consulting & Tech without outside capital; the company has been operating profitably since day one. She builds and leads C-level digital and sustainability strategy consulting programs with global teams and renowned clients and helps CEOs on their way through the digital and ESG transformation.
