Rhonda Childress

Rhonda Childress is the Deputy CISO, Vice President, and Fellow of Kyndryl, now an IBM subsidiary. Rhonda was appointed as an IBM Fellow in 2014 in recognition of her outstanding and sustained technical achievements and leadership. Rhonda has many firsts in her 25-yr IBM career including first IBM Service’s female Master Inventor, first IBM Security Fellow, and first IBM fellow from a historically black college or university (HBCU). As an IBM Master Inventor, Rhonda is one of the world’s most prolific inventors with 234 issued US patents ranging from security, system management, IoT, aircrafts and others.
