Prithyukshaa Thoppur Ravi

Prithyukshaa or Shaa , works as a Release Train Manager within the Enterprise Engineering teams , she also leads the India teams for Engineering Practice. She has been with the bank for 3 years now. Before NatWest group , she used to live and work in the UK for Capgemini and a couple of other start-ups in the south of England. She has about 17 years of work experience working in Technology across India and UK. She cares deeply about diversity in Tech, is an active member of the Rainbow network and led the LGBT+ workstream for India until last year. She passionately speaks in public fora about women in tech and the importance for women building their personal brand.
