Pamela Maynard is the Chief AI Transformation Officer for Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions (MCAPS), the first person to hold this role. Before joining Microsoft, she served as CEO of Avanade, leading a global organization with a focus on digital innovation, culture, and purpose. Pamela has been recognized among British Vogue’s 25 Most Influential Women and a Powerlist Top 10 leader, and was awarded Black British Business Person of the Year.
