
Nibha Dadheech
Head of Engineering, Linear Personalization, Prime Video, Amazon at Amazon
Nibha Dadheech is Head of Engineering for Amazon Prime Video’s Linear Personalization in USA. With over 15 years of engineering experience, including 10 years at Amazon, she has distinguished herself as an award-winning engineer, inventor, and leader. She was a lead inventor (patent-pending) for Alexa's third-party personalization, she became the first female to win the Amazon Yeti Award for launching "Works With Alexa" WorldWide. Nibha has been a prominent speaker at major industry events, including GHCxSeattle (2017), Alexa Live (2021), and the Society of Women Engineers WE23 (2023), panelist at Smart India Hackathon, an initiative by the Government of India. She was invited to address Cornell University’s Masters of Engineering students during their Orientation ceremony in 2021.
Nibha is a dedicated advocate for diversity. She played a crucial role in introducing fertility benefits across Amazon US in 2019, a program that has since been utilized by over 30,000 Amazon employees as of 2023. Nibha has been mentor for 100+ diverse mentees in Amazon and beyond.
Nibha holds a Master’s of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University (2009). Her career includes senior engineering roles at Cerner (now Oracle), IBM, and Amazon. She was awarded the JN Tata Scholarship for Advanced Studies in Computer Science in 2008 and was featured in the book Inspirations from Women In Technology’ by Sonia Sachar.
