Neha Gupta

Neha Gupta is a seasoned technology leader with over 18 years of experience in driving strategic transformations in banking and financial services. As Release Train Manager at NatWest Group, she leads a global team managing 46+ applications, focusing on simplifying banking architecture and driving operational excellence. In AI and data science, Neha amplified the 'QueenBee' experiment kit, enabling global collaboration and sparking double-digit AI use cases across the bank. She also planned sessions in association with SMEs on AI in payments and data science roles, reaching nearly 2,000 colleagues, boosting AI literacy. Under her leadership, her team increased delivery frequency from every six weeks to weekly and cut the carbon footprint by one-third, contributing to strategic business and sustainability goals. As Women in Technology India lead, Neha was instrumental in building a community of 240+ women, 30+ Lean In leaders, and 30+ male allies. She played a pivotal role in strategizing and launching 'Empower Her' mentorship program, supporting 27 senior female leaders. She collaborated with NASSCOM for W2RT cohort to train 50 female colleagues in emerging technologies. Her achievements have earned her several awards, NatWest’s Living Our Values award, Outstanding Service Award at the South Asian Heritage Awards 2024 and listed as Global 200 Women Power Leader (Rising leader).
