I am passionate about mentoring because I had amazing mentors who put me on the path to self-awareness, encouraged me to be brave and take action to attain my dreams, transform ambition into goals and tangible results. Nowadays I am mentoring others to pay it forward, I also encourage my mentees to become mentors. Since Covid-19 changed our lives for ever I firmly believe that mentoring has never been more important, as a tool to offer support, an avenue to continue encouraging growth and development, especially as we move into a virtual work environment, we have to learn new ways to Network and support one another, adapt and continue to grow.
