Nancy Brignole

As a Ukrainian refugee after the fall of the Soviet Union, Nancy Brignole lives in her American dream with a deep desire to aid others in achieving theirs. Daughter of a Math teacher and a Nuclear Physicist, both turned software engineers upon arrival to the US, Nancy’s “technology-meets-finance” toolkit continues their trajectory.

Nancy has 15 years of experience as a product manager for global brands with over 100 million customers. and a decade of experience building and nurturing product teams. She has deep expertise in data-driven and ‘heart-first’ product development for lending, payments and eCommerce. She is currently Co-head of Product for Achieve’s Debt Resolution business, and for the prior 3 years was Head of Product for Achieve’s Personal Loan business. Her career’s strongest theme is her calling to take on immense problems and create solutions for everyday Americans to live healthier and happier lives, whether financially, emotionally or physically, via financial empowerment, alleviating anxiety of crippling debt, enabling everyone to utilize clean energy and live greener lives, etc. She now splits her time between the Bay Area and the rolling hills of middle Tennessee, enjoying her young daughters, dogs, and some of the prettiest farm country on our planet.
