Morvareed Z. Salehpour is Managing Attorney of Salehpour Legal, a law firm specializing
in assisting startups and established businesses in negotiating and best structuring their contracts
and tech transactions and counseling them on issues involved with product and product feature
launches, intellectual property licensing and protection, data privacy, open-source issues, and use
of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. She has represented clients across the nation
ranging from entrepreneurs and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies and works in a
variety of industries, including all sorts of technology such as SaaS, software, digital health, AI,
and biotech among others. Ms. Salehpour is a graduate of UCLA and UCLA School of
Law. She is also Past-President of the Santa Monica Bar Association, Board Member and Career
Chair for the UCLA Alumni Westside Bruins Network, and a regular speaker and writer on tech
and business law issues. She and Salehpour Legal have also been recognized by UCLA as a 2024 Top 100 Bruin Business.
