Megha Hooli is a technology leader and innovator with more than nine years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation across e-commerce, healthcare, energy, and automation. As a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, she leads global returns and concessions operations, overseeing multi-million dollar entitlements across 12 international marketplaces. Her work has introduced AI-driven systems and standardized global policies that have reduced millions of unnecessary concessions, strengthened compliance, improved customer experience, and supported corporate sustainability goals.

Beyond her role at Amazon, Megha has delivered impactful programs/products at Cognizant, Accelq, Accenture, Emerson, and 7-Eleven, where she built intelligent systems that streamlined operations and generated measurable business outcomes at scale. Her thought leadership is reflected in global speaking invitations and a student leader of the year award at The University of Texas at Dallas.
