Mary Filonova

I'm a 33 y.o. mother and successful Software Engineering manager.

I have two high degrees. Also, I was a professional violinist 10 years ago. It was a long and challenging road from violinist to the Software Engineering manager.

I'm working in IT only 5 years and I quickly grew from a software developer to the management position.

My experience as a lead violin in the orchestra helped me become a good IT manager.

I'm passionate about people and psychology. My experience in Transactional Analysis helps me build better relationship and manage projects successfully.

I also mentor other women and share my experience and knowledge with newly minted developers

My goal is to support, inspire confidence in others, share experience and be as helpful as possible
