Marit is recognized by peers and senior management as someone who is dedicated, detail-oriented and determined at her work. These skills have helped her as a Tableau developer (Tableau is a data analysis tool used for reporting) to simplify complex data sets to create visually-appealing data visualizations that are used by the senior management team to make important business decisions within the bank.
