Mariia Kot

Mariia Kot has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, six of which she has spent in senior positions in recruitment, business development, operational management, and systems creation to ensure effective interaction between departments. In 2013, she joined Luxoft, building her career from a recruiter to a regional director of the Luxoft Dnipro branch. Since 2017, she has been managing the business interaction sector within IT Dnipro Community, and she is a member of the supervisory board of the organization. She is a certified SHRM-SCP specialist and trains IT workers in people management, leadership, project management, customer-oriented organization, and effective recruitment. She participates in Luxoft’s export promotion program, Export Revolution Pro, and runs The High Performance Club program. Mariia develops and actively participates in programs focused on youth talent development and women leadership.
