Mai Elfarnawany

Dr. Mai ElFarnawany, PhD, PMP, is a seasoned engineering leader with over a decade of experience in the medtech industry. Currently serving as VP Engineering, she has helped grow and shape her organization’s engineering team from 2 to 22 members over six years, earning five promotions along the way. She brings deep expertise in medical device development, regulatory strategy, and cross-functional leadership. Mai is passionate about inclusive leadership and advancing women in STEM. She was a featured speaker at the Women in Tech conference and recently delivered the keynote at the Biomedical Engineering Conference at Toronto Metropolitan University.
