About

Maham Khalid is an immigrant female founder and ecosystem builder redefining how AI and education intersect to build a sustainable future. As the Founder of Revohub, she is closing the $3 trillion global green-skills gap through AI-powered, curated learning pathways that align training directly to real labour market needs , transforming learning into employment outcomes.

Her journey began with a powerful realization: too many skilled candidates, particularly women and newcomers, invest years in education but still struggle to access meaningful work. Maham built Revohub to change that, using AI integration, data intelligence, and ethical design to create personalized skill roadmaps that connect people, purpose, and opportunity.

To date, she has trained and mentored over 1,500 learners across diverse domains, such as ESG, Data analytics, Cybersecurity, and emerging green industries. She also serves as Director of Training and Employment at YWCA Hamilton, championing women’s economic empowerment and equitable workforce participation.

A recognized thought leader in ethical AI, workforce innovation, and sustainability, Maham has been recognized as a Finalist for the Women Empowerment Awards (Rogers) and Women in AI Global Awards. She also serves as VP of CIPS Ontario and Chair of HIPC, advocating for responsible technology and inclusive economic growth.

Her story is one of resilience, leveraging technology not just to automate but to amplify human potential.
