About

Loveness Nleya is a multi-talented creative; a Digital Skills & Digital Marketing Trainer and Consultancy; and Technopreneur. She works with young people, women and small businesses to maximise tech and digital skills for urban resilience, improved livelihoods, career & business growth. Loveness did a drastic career shift from being an International NGO Accountant into her current career in Digital Marketing which she self-taught using the internet. She lives by #TechMakingADifference one life, one business at a time.

Her ultimate dream is to build a digital ecosystem that centres on contextualised digital solutions for Africa. Currently, she

* runs a registered Digital Skills & Marketing Consultancy where she is a Director,

* is a founding director of Tech4GoodZim Trust (www.tech4goodzimtrust.org) - a tech for social impact initiative,

* is a co-founder of Digital Skills Hub (www.digitalskillshub.net) - focuses on bridging the digital skills gap,

* founded AffiliateZim (www.affiliate.co.zw), an innovative way for urban dwellers to use tech to increase income streams without massive capital, even from their phones,

* works with the International Trade Centre (ITC) in their e-commerce community as a Digital Marketer & partner,

* has been awarded as a Women & Girl Child motivator in ICT at the 9th Zimbabwe ICT Conference 2022,

* is a Digital Champion of small businesses, an award by International Trade Centre, the World Trade Centre and International Chamber of Commerce being sponsored by Google and ZOOM,

* is a licenced Digital Citizenship Educator by Commonsense - she works with families, parents, schools and organisations to thrive in this Digital Age and,

* is a technical partner with TofaraOnline (www.tofaraonline.org)- a Digital Marketing & Innovation Consulting Trust.

*finalist for the 2022 EQUALS in Tech Awards Leadership in SMEs Category run by the International Telecommunication Union for the Tech Driven Entrepreneur Program she runs with a business partner.

When she is not at her computer using tech4good, she spends time with her family, loves networking and collaborating.
