Kelly Gonzalez

Kelly is the Director of Employee Experience and D&I at KeepTruckin. A passionate advocate for historically underserved communities, Kelly is responsible for developing strategies for the company to fulfill its commitment to diversity, equity, & inclusion, and help create a workplace that reflects KeepTruckin’s core values and mission to modernize the trucking industry via a diverse workforce.

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science at UC Davis & started her career in sales & customer service at SolarCity & successfully transitioned into the Senior Director of People Empowerment. Her 10 years of service at SolarCity gave her the unique experience of supporting employees & customers.

In 2016, Kelly spent 3 years at Tesla as the Global Diversity, Inclusion, & Internal Communications Manager. Kelly also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of BraveWolf Productions, & sings often with her family, in the car, & to the detriment of her co-workers, at her desk.
