Kateryna is a leader who inspires change and exemplifies the qualities of next-generation leadership. After several years as a manager in an IT company, she and a friend made the bold decision to start their venture, giving birth to Muteki Group.
The company's first office was located in Kharkiv. In 2023, faced with the war in Ukraine, Kateryna demonstrated her courage by making the significant decision to reorganize and relocate part of the operational processes to Poland. Despite the upheaval, she ensured that part of the team remained in Ukraine, providing unwavering support both morally and organizationally. Her initiation of fundraising efforts for military needs and continued organization of team-building events underscore her commitment to maintaining the company's culture.
Kateryna's leadership is characterized by a crucial quality—the ability to adapt to change. This adaptability allowed her to swiftly restructure the company and establish new representative offices in the USA and Canada. Her early recognition of the potential of artificial intelligence and its successful integration into the company's core expertise further demonstrates her forward-thinking leadership.
