Jennifer Clarke is a digital strategist, marketing technology executive, and advocate for innovation and inclusion with over a decade of experience across global brands. She currently serves as Director, Marketing Technology Lead at the NBA, where she drives the league’s MarTech strategy and fan engagement infrastructure under the leadership of Commissioner Adam Silver.
Previously, Jennifer led global online promotions and loyalty strategy at The Estée Lauder Companies, driving over $5 billion in digital revenue, and launched a global loyalty platform at Anheuser-Busch. Her career includes high-impact roles at Macy’s, Neiman Marcus Group, and LIM College, where she served as an adjunct professor.
Recognized as a transformative leader, Jennifer is often sought after for her expertise in MarTech, and digital transformation, and was recently invited to speak alongside NVIDIA on the future of AI in marketing.
She holds a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Howard University and an MBA from Long Island University, who recently honored her.
Beyond her corporate work, Jennifer is deeply committed to service and advocacy. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., she has led initiatives supporting scholarships, and youth mentorship. She also serves across leadership networks including the NBA Women’s Network, NBA Dream in Color, and previously sat on the Estée Lauder Women’s Leadership Network. Jennifer is known for bridging innovation with purpose.
