She regularly supports and champions the work of McKinsey’s employee affinity groups by leading conversations on building your corporate career without losing your identity, cultivating your network of mentors, allies, and sponsors, and overcoming imposter syndrome to lead with confidence.
Jacky holds honorary doctorates from Aston University and the University of Bath, and was recently named as the UK’s most powerful Black Briton in the Powerlist 2022. She is a Women in Science and Engineering Ambassador, a member of the World Economic Forum Chief Digital Officer Community, and sits on the advisory board for the Paul H. Chook Department of Information Systems and Statistics at Baruch College, City University of New York. She is also on the Women's Innovation Council, which aims to improve involvement of women in science and technology careers.
Jacky is a founding strategic advisor on the Board of Councils for the Center for Global Health Innovation and is an industry advisory board member for the Institute of Coding. At McKinsey, she is a vocal advocate of technology as a force for societal good, putting words into action by serving as a mentor for winners of McKinsey’s Miami Tech Hub Ignition Pitch Night.
