Ishraq Al Fataftah (@ifataftah) is the founder & CTO at Applez Tech, a digital customer experience agency based in Amman, Jordan. Ishraq has played the roles of digital consultant, technology evangelist, solution architect and technical director during her 15 years in the industry. She has been the first named female Sitecore MVP from the MENA region and is very proud to be named one for five consecutive years in addition to a number of innovation awards and Stevie Awards for women in technology. Ishraq holds a number of Master degrees in computer science and social innovation which equips her with the academic background for continuous improvement.
Besides her passion about technology, Ishraq regularly hosts a number of technical sessions in Amman with speakers from around the world who shares their passion about technology. She also co-hosts SitecoreArabia.fm podcast, a podcast that discusses technical topics in Arabic. She is a regular speaker in technology events and symposiums discussing various Sitecore topics from both business and technology perspectives.
