Helena Liebelt is a distinguished leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic change management and technology development. As the Director of HPC Germany at Intel, she generated EUR 470 million annually, establishing long-term partnerships and driving early-stage technology adoption. Since 2018, she has been a tenured professor for Quantum Computing at Technical University Deggendorf, where she launched the first EMEA master's program on HPC and Quantum Computing and founded the annual Symposium on HPC & Quantum.
In 2023, Helena founded the Institute for Future Technologies, focusing on digitalization, quantum computing, and HPC. As a Quantum Consultant for Intel Labs, she integrates quantum technologies into HPC frameworks. Her affiliations include roles in BitCom HPC and Quantum Computing Committee and ETP4HPC.
Helena has been recognized as LinkedIn Quantum Voice for the past two years and was awarded Professor of the Year in 2021. She is a dedicated mentor, fostering the next generation of technology leaders through her academic and industry collaborations.
