Esther Mandina

Esther Mandina is a tech entrepreneur and currently serves as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Nokia. She is the author of Code and Courage: A Powerful Guide to Thriving in Tech and Beyond and the Co-founder of Strech Solutions, a venture advancing digital innovation across the world. Her book gave rise to the Code and Courage Initiative, a youth empowerment program that directs 50% of all book proceeds toward school fees, stationery and mentorship for disadvantaged learners in Zimbabwe. The initiative has supported over 50 students and aims to reach 1,000 across Africa by 2030. Esther’s work bridges technology, education and social impact, empowering young people to reimagine their futures.
