Elena Krasnoperova, Ph.D.

After a 25+ year tech career culminating in leading Monetization Analytics at Meta, I am embarking on a new chapter focused on three passions. First, Climate and Sustainability: I invest in startups in this space and am joining Climatebase Fellowship (Cohort 8) to learn about impactful climate solutions, aiming to advise and support key companies. Second, mentoring and supporting women: I founded Women of Wisdom, a professional network for senior women tech leaders in the Bay Area, helping them find purpose and design encore careers; I also advise the Women Leaders of the World Fellowship by How Women Lead. Third, entrepreneurship: as a former startup founder of three apps for working parents, I now advise and invest in early-stage, purpose-driven tech startups in Climate, Health, and Education, primarily supporting female founders as an Angel investor and LP in funds like How Women Invest, Gaingels, and Portfolia. I am open to advisory board roles with strong mutual fit. In spare time, I teach Zumba, travel, read, and connect with interesting people.
