The EY Women in Technology program is an inclusive initiative that supports girls and women to enter, remain, thrive and lead in the world of technology. We welcome people of any background and gender to act in advancing this important undertaking. Our five workstreams focus on:
- Incubate: nurturing women in technology – within the EY organization and beyond
- Innovate: with more resources that can support women tech entrepreneurs
- Advocate: empowering women to find supporters for their careers
- Activate: supporting community building activities across our regional and competency networks
We are proud to support the next generation of tech talent and have trained 180,000+ girls in 22 countries in STEM topics via the EY STEM App.
