Dunja Vukotic-Finkler is the Director of Instant Tickets & Service Operations at Scientific Games, the world’s largest producer of instant scratch games. Scientific Games partners with over 150 government-regulated lotteries worldwide, providing secure games and advanced technologies to help lotteries raise maximum funds for good cause programs that improve the quality of life in the communities they serve. Dunja is responsible for the continuous growth of our SGEP program for five European lotteries. She manages the production, distribution and retail supply of instant scratch games. Since joining Scientific Games in 2005, she has been promoted from customer service manager to director, known for her ability to combine innovative technology with practical execution. Her leadership has delivered years of growth and operational excellence, making SGEP a model partnership program for instant game lotteries.
