Diya Jolly is Chief Product and Technology Officer at Xero, a global cloud-based platform that serves more than 4 million subscribers by connecting small businesses, accountants, and bookkeepers with real-time financial data. Xero is recognized as a pioneer in cloud accounting and continues to deliver consistent 20%+ revenue growth while expanding its global footprint.

At Xero, Diya leads a 2,500-person team across product management, design, engineering, security, and data, with a focus on building intelligent, seamless solutions that help small businesses and advisors thrive. Since joining in 2023, she has played a central role in embedding AI into Xero’s platform strategy and accelerating product delivery.

Before Xero, Diya was Chief Product Officer at Okta, where she oversaw product innovation during a period of rapid growth as revenue scaled from $400M to $1.8B, and she previously held senior leadership roles at Google, FreeWheel (acquired by Comcast), and ServiceTitan, shaping products from early-stage through global adoption.

Diya holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics from the University of Michigan.
