As a mentor and coach, Dhani guides young cybersecurity and tech enthusiasts, students, and individuals through higher education, career transitions, and professional development. She is respected by her colleagues and students and recognized as a subject matter expert in the cybersecurity field.
Dhani serves on the academic advisory board at CUNY BMCC for their cybersecurity certification program and contributes as an adjunct professor, sharing industry experience to prepare students for real-world cybersecurity careers. She has co-founded an academy within Microsoft to encourage more women to pursue cybersecurity careers. The 14-week program she curated introduces women to various aspects of cybersecurity and career paths in the sector.
