Daria Sudeykina

Daria Sudeykina started her career as a psychologist 12 years ago, and after more than 2 years of working as a psychologist, she decided to focus on human resource management. She worked as an HR manager before she became part of the Learning Management and Development team at Luxoft. After over 8 years of a successful career at Luxoft, she is currently leading the Corporate Programs steam of the Leaning Management and Development Services department. The Leadership Academy is the most popular program among Luxoft employees. The program’s courses are aimed at developing managerial and leadership competencies and skills for the leaders of tomorrow. As proven by the increasing number of our female graduates and their feedback, it definitely helps women gain confidence in the IT industry and develop their career further.
