I’m a 5x founder and impact investor focused on helping visionary women leaders scale meaningful companies. After exiting Allumé Home Care—which merged with All Pointe Care and was acquired by Connecticut Children’s Medical Center in 2024—I founded A Force for Good, a platform that helps women-led enterprises break growth plateaus, regain freedom, and achieve sustainable impact. Through the Force for Good System, I developed strategic tools, masterclasses, and coaching frameworks that empower founders to scale from $1M to $100M+ while building beloved companies. I also host the #WisdomOfWomen Show, amplifying the voices of women founders and investors. My work extends into AI, healthtech, and future-of-work, connecting with women-led venture and private equity leaders to expand capital access. I’m exploring acquiring a company to grow and serve on nonprofit and advisory boards, advocating transformational leadership and impact-driven profitability.
