Baz has spent the past 34 years in engineering and various leadership positions. He began his career serving in the British army, initially repairing Surface-to-Air missile systems and then moved on to various leadership positions.
After 17 years in the military he joined Cisco as a SE and over the past 18 years Baz has gained a vast experience in Enterprise customers, Service Providers and Channel Partners as a SE and Leader. Prior to joining us the Baz was the SE Director for their SP/Telco teams including BT in UK&I.
Baz has an MBA and keeps himself busy training for triathlons. He also enjoys skiing and working on his home. Baz is married with two daughters.
His passion is also to support the community - he sits on the board at a local college in South Wales where he supports students from there and also at the University of South Wales.
