o Expanded from UK origins to major European cities including London, Madrid, Munich, Paris, and Dubai, with further expansion into APJ and LATAM regions
o Developed comprehensive event playbooks and training materials enabling seamless execution across global regions
o Created a mentorship framework connecting students with AWS technical professionals for ongoing guidance
